My Contest Prep Workouts Improved with GW1516

GW1516: The Unsung Hero of My Bodybuilding Journey

In the never-ending quest for the ultimate physique during my contest prep, I have scoured the far corners of the earth, experimented with the dangerously stupid, the weird and the wonderful, and delved into the depths of scientific research. And while some have stumbled upon the holy grail of muscle-building magic, I have myself lost in a labyrinth of ineffective supplements and questionable concoctions. Does this shit work? h yeah.

A Disclaimer

Please note that I am not a doctor and I am not providing medical advice. This blog post is simply my personal experience with GW1516 and creatine monohydrate. You should always consult with a healthcare professional before taking any supplements, including GW1516 or creatine monohydrate. I am not responsible for any adverse effects that you may experience from using GW1516 or creatine monohydrate.

Enter GW1516, a synthetic compound that has quietly crept onto the bodybuilding scene, promising to enhance endurance and promote fat loss without the harsh side effects of its more notorious counterparts. Now, I'm not one to blindly follow every new trend that blows through the bodybuilding world, but I'm always open to giving things a shot.

The Endurance Enhancer Extraordinaire

GW1516, my newfound friend, lived up to its reputation as an endurance enhancer. Those grueling cardio sessions that used to leave me gasping for air and contemplating a career change suddenly became manageable, even enjoyable. I could pump out more reps, push myself harder, and feel like I could conquer the world.

The Fat-Burning Firestarter

And then there was the fat-burning aspect. GW1516 seemed to have a knack for coaxing my body into utilizing that stubborn body fat I'd been trying to shed for ages. It was like someone had flipped a switch, turning my fat cells into energy-burning powerhouses.

Dosage and Cycle Timing: Navigating the GW1516 Maze

When it comes to GW1516, dosing is crucial. I opted for the standard dosage of 10 milligrams per day, taken for 8 weeks. This allowed me to experience the benefits of GW1516 without risking any potential side effects.

Stacking for Success: GW1516's Synergistic Partners

I decided to stack GW1516 with creatine monohydrate, a well-known supplement that has been shown to enhance muscle growth and strength. Creatine also provides neurological benefits, which is particularly important for me as I have grand mal seizures. While more research is needed to definitively prove creatine's efficacy in this area, the existing research suggests a promising trend. I am on TRT so that does play a role in assisting the retention of my muscle mass (to a point). Any time you diet you will lose a small percentage of lean mass. The stack can help.

A Word to the Wise: The Side Effects of GW1516

I won’t bullshit you: Like any performance enhancer, GW1516 comes with potential side effects. Studies have shown that GW1516 can cause liver enlargement and increase the risk of cancer. I personally did not experience any of these side effects during my time using GW1516. Just because I didnt,, doesn’t mean you also wont have adverse side effects. Be aware.

If you're considering using GW1516, I encourage you to do your own research and weigh the potential benefits against the risks. You can find more information about GW1516 and its side effects here:
